leif and I agree that this is the best trick & the heartstrings recording.

the performance is from a live show at joe's pub in january of 2005. the engineer bounced us multi-track recordings, which we dumped into leif's computer, lightly mixed, and added synth overdubs from a cheap yamaha.

I remember recording them right there on his bed at 268 manhattan avenue.

I also remember smoking and looking out the window in that same room.
